FAQ's: 10 Things You Should Know BEFORE Buying Bottled Water 

1. Why don’t you use bottled water?

There are a number of important reasons why we don’t use bottled water (explained further in the answers below) but in short, continuous flowing filtered water provides a healthier water source than the majority of so called 'Spring Waters' is better for you, and depending on the volume consumed, often much more cost effective for you. 2. Why is filtered drinking water more affordable than bottled water?

With bottled water, you have to organise and co-ordinate deliveries, storage, liftingheavy bottles, heavy transport costs ,you pay more money out with every extra bottle you drink which means you are also paying to increase your carbon use!

With an endless supply of pure drinking water for a low fixed price, it makes natural sense that the more you drink – using the Aquaman pure drinking water system, the more you save.

3. What about water quality? Is there a Guarantee?

You’re assured the highest level of quality service and workmanship in every AquaMan product, but you’re also fully protected with your ‘Peace of Mind’ Guarantee (see attached) which covers quality, industry support, price and service.

4. What is the 4-Hour Rapid Response Guarantee?

If you have a question or want to talk with someone about your water filtration needs, in the unlikely situation that we’re not available at the time you call, we guarantee to respond to your request within 4 business hours – guaranteed! That’s our commitment to you.

5. Do I have to rent the equipment?

No. With AquaMan, you have the option of renting, leasing or you can choose to own the equipment outright. Whatever solution is best for your circumstances and cash flow, Aquaman can accommodate your needs.

6. What happens if my water cooler ever needs maintenance?

You simply phone our friendly team on 07 3391 4566 and we’ll dispatch a professionally trained service technician to your premises. Your technician can usually rectify any problem on site, but if your equipment needs to come back to the factory for any reason, we’ll happily loan you another unit for FREE until your unit is returned.

7. Why do you service the equipment so regularly?

Two reasons; maintenance and hygiene. All equipment used over time requires routine maintenance to ensure continued trouble-free operation plus we regulary change coolers to ensure your's always looks best. Secondly, to ensure you’re being supplied the highest quality premium filtered water at all times, we service and replace the filters (free of charge) every quarter, to international hygiene standards, unless you choose otherwise.

8. How do I know which water filtration system is right for me?

We have undertaken extensive research to ensure we only carry the highest quality water filtration systems in the industry (as evidenced by your ‘Peace of Mind’ Guarantee).

9. Can I try before I buy?

Yes! It’s important you have the ‘right’ system for your environment and circumstances so to that end, we’ll give you a system to use at your work or home for 14 days (with our compliments). This way, you’re completely comfortable with the unit and how it works, before proceeding any further. 

10. Low Carbon Footprint

If you buy traditional bottled water you are paying for heavy transport to pick up the water from the source (bore site often many kilometres from the plant), delivery it to the plant, have it processed and bottled and then heavy transport delivery  to you, plus use of plastics at a high rate for bottles and waste management as opposed to the lowest carbon footprint delivery at your tap!
